My Sister's Keeper is the One Book Selection for 2009-2010
My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult has been selected as the freshman common reading (One Book Marshall) for 2009-2010.  The New York Daily News says, "has the emotional tenacity to fuel tears and talk."  People Magazine claim, "This beautifully crafted novel will grab readers with its stunning topic."  These are exactly the reasons the One Book Committee selected My Sister's Keeper.  Instructors are looking forward to discussing this book with UNI 101 and HON 101 students this fall.
